Sugar Cookies
Original recipe from Allrecipes
Ingredients :
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (150 degrees C).
2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Add vanilla and stir.
3. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix well.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
有一陣子沒有做這種sugar cookies,畢竟做這種餅乾的風險比較高,成功率偏低。所以應付需要的場合時,大多以簡單的奶酥小餅乾稱場面。但是上個禮拜不知道在發什麼神經,突然又想做起這種賣相不佳的家常餅乾,就在網路上找到了上面這個食譜。第一次試食譜,總是不敢作什麼更動,免得怎麼失敗的都不知道。雖然已經試著把糖的份量減少一些些,但是同事還是覺得餅乾還是有點甜。
其實這個食譜還蠻簡單的,雖然不是我心目中那種Chewy餅乾的食譜,但應該是還會再試做這種餅乾吧。下次來試試加點料,像是葡萄乾或是巧克力囉~
只是,下次應該不能偷懶,要努力篩一下材料,才不會又變成黑糖餅乾。
